Where can I find the Necro-Nomicon?

I already have the Al Azif and two Necro-Nemein-Ikon. I have now gone through many, many runs and I can never find a Necro-Nomicon for sale, either at the Writer's or the King in Yellow's. Am I doing something wrong? Does it not appear at the vendors but somewhere else instead?

You can find it in Pickman's Catacomb, the sublevel of the Cemetery level in the Professor Story.
