problem with controller

so I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I've been playing this with an Xbox controller, and when I try and navigate the inventory or the menu buttons, it either doesn't work at all, or it'll instead of going one tile over in the inventory, all the way from one end to the other. I can barely play the game with inventory management and equipping items or buying from shops.

I recently got this game and can only play it on keyboard at the moment. Plugged in my controller and nothing works, but it works fine with other games.

Its true,sometimes i cant navigate the inventory.Normally shooting and reloading solves the issue. Im using xbox 360 controller.

I'm using a Xbox 360 controller, I've also tried using a PS4 controller and the steam link controller...same thing, no response for any for the buttons.

We have such device and its works fine. We need to dig the problem.

Please go to the following path, to find the log file: Steam\steamapps\common\Lovecraft's Untold Stories\LUSData\ConsoleToFileLoger *. txt

and send it to us after you trying to play with controller.

I've tried emailing [e-mail] with the attached file a week ago. Is there anywhere else i can send the file. Id really like to play this game and since there isn't an option to change the keybindings on the keyboard, its simply a pain to play.

Ok no problem understandable. And yes I've tried but when I click controls in the options it only shows me the gamepad layout. There simply isn't and option for keyboard anywhere, so I cant even see what the current controls are for the keyboard so I have to guess what key does what.

I see.
Try to dissconnect the controller and start the game again. Its seems like game dont understand that you want to play with keyboard (i think its a bug).

Tried it, same thing. Also tried reinstalling also updated all my drives and all the same issues are still there.

I recently got the game (so far so great). I'm encountering problems with inventory navigation as well, but I do find it easier with the d-pad rather then with the analog sticks. Same problems, cursor jumps or doesn't move in the direction intended. Using the xbox 360 controller.
