Street fighter EX Plus Alpha / EX2 Plus / EX3

Am I the only one who remember these games?
...or, rather, the only one who WANT TO remember?

I remember these games very strongly because of the high-action soundtrack.(And SkullOMania)

It was thanks to these games that I became a fan of Shinji Hosoe, all the way back in the 2000s.

Part of the reason why I'm happy to see Arika bringing this towards steam after so long myself! I was utterly hyped to see this go from a April Fool's joke, towards a legit product.

HAHA. I too thought this was an April Fools joke.

I'm sad that CAPCOM, after all this time, decided to ignore ARIKA's original characters. Skullomania and Garuda are my favorites

I am still playin sfex2 but on my phone :D Its amazing to see pros pull off so many ridiculous yet awesome combo. I still can't get the hang of excel though

I loved those games, they were lots of fun and the only 3d street fighter games I have heard of. They were the main reason I purchased this one and I doubt I'm the only one. Granted I've never been good at the SF series compared to almost any other fighter (I'm probably just as bad at virtua fighter). Still I consider myself a fan, glad Akira finally made it truly their own.

First time I had seen it was via an arcade emulator on PC in early 2000. Could not believe SF was a reality in 3D

Not at all, lol. I love the EX series, SF EX Plus Alpha was one of my very first PS1 games and honestly one of my favorite SF games till this day.

I felt the series got better with each installment. I only kept EX3 unfortunately. I never thought I would see another game with the characters and was surprised to recently discover that Fighting EX Layer exists. I just took advantage of the Black Friday deal.
