Pass and Play, 2 Bugs + Suggestion

Environment - Pass and Play (turn based local multiplayer)

Bug - Sometimes cannot choose Blue Alien's specialisation, might be an issue with cycling through other alien colours first (as it happens a lot with mixed life support). It is set to Diplomat and clicking it doesn't bring up the specialisation menu.
After looking at a different ship the specialisation menu is locked.

Bug - Sometimes cannot look at cards during building, even if welded previous turn, might be an issue with AI / other player not welding during first turns. Cards can be visible for one player, and then go off screen again.

Suggestion - Allow a fixed player order during setup. We play 2 human, 2 AI, and if both AIs are together and just flip cards, the first human has an advantage. Would prefer human, AI, human, AI.

Same issue here, cannot bring up the list of specializations for the blue alien
