Licensing & Activation for this Steam Edition (Youtubers allowed to use this?)

I've read in the official Movavi website some information on licensing and activation. There are two (2) important and interesting stuff:

[1] Software Activation is Limited to Six (6) Times

It's interesting to know that each Key purchased for one (1) license offers only up to six (6) activations. That means these six (6) activations allow the licensee to activate Movavi software up to six (6) times for a single license. They are NOT a license to install Movavi software on six (6) machines for use by six (6) users but rather give the licensee six (6) CHANCES to re-install the software on his/her new computer or for the same computer should a disk failure or hardware or software upgrades require re-installation of Movavi software.

When the Activation limit is exceeded, the software Key will be blocked.


[2] Personal vs. Commercial License

I'm not sure if the licensing is similar to the software edition they're selling on their website. But based on their site, there are two types of licensing for the software: 1. Personal and 2. Commercial.

Here's the interesting part in the description in their site:

PERSONAL LICENSE:

Personal license allows you to use Movavi program only for non-commercial purposes in a non-business, non-commercial environment (e.g., at home).

To use Movavi program in a business environment, you have to buy a Business license for appropriate number of computers.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE:

Commercial use is permitted only by users of business versions of the Software.

Commercial use means any use of the Software, including embodied materials, primarily intended for or otherwise directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

Versions of the Software intended for private use as well as trial versions may not be used for commercial purposes, with only the following exception: use of any version of the Software to make videos for monetization on YouTube or similar services shall not constitute breach of this agreement as long as the description attached to such videos includes a statement to the effect that the video was created in the Software and includes a link to https://www.movavi.com/.

Now most folks who will buy the software here in Steam would probably want to use it to create videos to upload in Youtube. So my question is, for this Steam Edition, what license applies? Personal or Commercial? Are Youtubers allowed to use this software edition as long as they reference Movavi Video Editor Plus as the software used and include a link to their official website?

Also, is the number of activations (6 times) also applies for this Steam Edition or not?

so what if i use movavi video converter to convert pirated raw dvd files into mkv files and upload them to private torrent trackers? will i need a license for that?
