Most probably that our response got into your Spam folder. Could you please chack it? If there's no response in it, please, tell us your ticket number.
Same thing for me, they never solved my problem. I had to search it online.
I never got a response either. It is now 2019.

Download log collector utility:
http://files.movavi.com/dl/support/GetMovaviLogs.exe
Launch utility and wait for the process to finish, press OK in the pop-up window.
A folder with 'movavi_logs.7z' file will appear on your screen - please send us that file.

You can still collect logs and then send it responding to autoresponse, that gave you your ticket number.
By the time that response had been sent, I was no longer waiting for a reply to my email, I was checking here instead for an update. I would have seen it too if it had come in my inbox so it must have gone to spam folder. However, you never responded to the message above where I gave you the ticket number. I wasn't aware a response had finally been sent, by email. And I didn't think they would go to spam because the auto-responses have not. A heads up would have been handy.
Anyway, I shall try what you say.
Thank you for the help, hopefully the other guys can use this information too. But I will be back if this doesn't work or I don't get a response by email! (and yes I will check the spam folder too this time). But there comes a certain point where a person gives up checking their spam folder!
Every time you all say "No not yet. Just change your resolution to use the app" ...and that is completely offensive! Nobody wants to change their native resolution and have their desktop icons get all out of whack every single time they want to use it! It's 2020. Wake up man. Millions of people are now in 4K! Get with the times and fix your app!

You’ve optimised your 2021 version? Really? I’m on a pretty damn good system, yet I still get lags and the program is pretty much unusable if adding more then 3 videos. Nothing has changed since 2019.
You also released a version update, resulting in ALL my projects being deleted! The project folders are there, but they’re all empty. How on earth can you release a update that does that? Didn’t you even test it first?
Yes I did send a letter to your support. The response? They told me to look under “recent projects” in the menu or navigate to “C:/program files/Movavi” and look in the maps. You think I’m stupid? That I haven’t checked that already? The next response said I should try reinstalling the program.
No, I uninstalled this piece of garbage! My money is wasted and many hours of work is lost.
