Can't open the app, yet again

Dear dev and users, i need some help. When i first download and opened this software, its working perfectly without any problems, and then day after day, suddenly it cant even run when i launch it. I tried messing with regedit, uninstall and install it again, verify cache. But still, it won't run, it just say im in-game and then im back online again , any solutions?

nope, i just launched it and then nothing happens. Im in-game for like half a minute, and then it turns back to normal, thx for answering btw

You will be provided with instructions to collect some log files of the program to recoanize what's wrong with opening the app. Then developers will find the answer and guide you to the solution to open the app.

I think i found out why this happen, the program tried to activate the license key but failed, u can search folder with the name of "Movavi Video Editor 14 Plus Steam" open a file with the name
of "info" and u can check if your license is activated or not, if not

Try delete this folder and open your video editor (for short term use only)
please someone fix this error :(
