It does.
If you will export it with the Video Editor, it will only have one audio track. The Converter can open files with multiple audiotracks in it, but you can't add some audiotrack if it's not part of the file.

actually, I dont use this software, At the time I was shopping around to see if this would work better for me that what I currently use which was Videopad. In Video pad, it would 'see' both tracks of the Audio, but would only make one active.. what I ended up having to do was import the same video sequence in twice, strip the audio from one and then paste that into the final render so it would have both tracks able to be edited.. really a cumbersome method. I have since changed to Camtasia 9 which I got on a humble bundle, and I no longer record audio on seperate tracks so it's become moot.
