World not loading bug

Unfortunately, it seems I'm encountering a bug. Whenever I try to launch a craft, the world doesn't load. Neither does the craft itself. I'm only seeing the Milky Way in the distance with the attitude control rings. It doesn't seem to crash the game, since I still have control over attitude and the music keeps playing. Unfortunately I can't report a bug in game, since everytime I try the game crashes when taking a screenshot with the in-game camera. Try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017[visualstudio.microsoft.com]. Direct link: https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

I have already tried, unfortunately installing it didn't fix the problem

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. After the issue occurs again, can you provide us with your game's log file (via pastebin.com or dropbox or something similar)?

The game log file should be located here:
%APPDATA%..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\output_log.txt

Could you verify that the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64)" shows up in your list of installed programs in Windows? If it is there, perhaps try installing the x86 version of the redistributable and see if that resolves the issue?

I have both versions installed, I also tried reinstalling them, but with no succes. I have also tried a clean install of the game. Unfortunately it still doesn't work.

Hmmm.... bummer...
I assume this file actually exists, right?

Also, silly question, but do you have any pending Windows updates and have you rebooted your PC lately? I'd recommend making sure Windows is up to date and you have the latest graphics drivers for your device.

That silly question wasn't silly at all. I had an windows update pending which didn't install on its own. That fixed the problem. I'm not sure what it exactly was, but thanks for the help!
