The message read:
The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer.
Setup will exit.
I'm not sure of your level of familiarity with computers, but it isn't as hard as it may seem, and that guide appears to cover all the steps pretty well. To start, you'll need the version of the driver that comes as a .zip instead of the .exe. The file you need came from the same page as before, and the direct link is here[downloadmirror.intel.com].
Before proceeding, it may be prudent to create a restore point[support.microsoft.com] just in case you want to revert back to your stock driver.
Regarding the warning in that guide, based on your dxdiag log that you posted (I knew it would come in handy), you do not have a hybrid setup which has Intel as well as a dedicated card such as Nvidia/AMD, so you should be ok.
If you get the driver installed, and it still doesn't work, I would recommend (if you have not yet tried it) to lower the graphics settings in the game and see if the problem persists. If that fixes it, then you can slowly begin bumping them up until the problem comes back...that way we'll know which one is causing it.
