freezing issue
Just downloaded the game and whenever I load it up to play the game everything goes fine for a few minutes, but then, the game will freeze up where you can't see anything but you can still hear the mouse whenever you click or hover over something. This same exact issue occured with another indie game called simairport. Because of this I assume that it has something to do with my laptop. The problem is not that the laptop is uncapable of running the game because it meets and excels every recomended spec on the steam page. On the other game I talked to a person who said it might be the drivers on my HP laptop but we never could figure it out.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. After the issue occurs again, can you provide us with your game's log file (via pastebin.com or dropbox or something similar)?

The game log file should be located here:
%APPDATA%..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\output_log.txt

Is that file located while the game is running as a crash report? I do not know how to access a gamefile sorry. And Once I find it shall I save and upload it to pastebin?

After the game freezes, shut it down or kill it, then find that log file using windows explorer at the path I mentioned previously. The contents of that log file may help us identify why the game may be freezing for you.

You can copy the contents of the log file on to pastebin's website, then use it to create a new paste and send us the link. If you would prefer to send it to us via email, contact us here: http://jundroo.com/contact/

Can you try installing DirectX...looks like you are missing some DirectInput files...you can get it from Microsoft here[www.microsoft.com]

That looks like the output from the dxdiag tool. That could actually be handy, but that wasn't what I was referring to. Did you download and run the DirectX setup from that link? It should look like this[i.imgur.com] when you begin running it.

Also, it looks like your graphics driver is pretty out of date, I don't know that would be contributing to the problem, but we've seen issues fixed by updating graphics drivers on several occasions...the driver for your IntelHD 4600 is here[downloadcenter.intel.com]...could potentially help with performance even if it doesn't fix the issue here.

When I went to download the directx it says I already have it and nothing happened. I googled how to run directx and it shows how to use the dxdiag tool. Also for the graphics driver, when i go to the intel driver and support page it says i only have updates available for my networking, not the intel hd4600.

Ok, can you try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017?

It can be found on the Microsoft download page here[visualstudio.microsoft.com]. It is at the bottom of the page under "Other Tools And FrameWorks" and then the x64 version of the Visual Studio C++ Redistributable.

Here is a direct link to make it easier if you'd rather: https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

As far as the graphics driver, the HP website you listed is showing the same driver version as the one you have installed. I'm not sure that would help.

Could you try setting all the graphics-related quality settings to low, just to test it out? I know it won't look pretty that way, but I wonder if we're having trouble allocating texture memory.

Also, I think it is probably worth a shot to update your graphics driver. I know you looked into it before, but here is a link directly to the graphics driver for your HD 4600[downloadmirror.intel.com].

It is the Win10 64bit .exe version from the Intel page here[downloadcenter.intel.com]

I'm really sorry for the trouble you're having...thank you for being patient, I really appreciate it.
