Game won't load
Everytime I click on the startbutton in the Steamlibrary, the splash screen with a green loading bar comes on and stops after a third of the way, then the screen dissapears and nothing happens.
Is there any way to make it work?

Hi. What are your system specs? I'm running this on a laptop with eight gig ram, Intel HD graphics, a quad core processor and a 64 bit chip and operating system. Even with this low-ranger it runs pretty good after I dial down the graphic options.

Is the game actually launching or does it look like Steam is failing to launch it? You might want to check out this: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6218-USFX-5568&l=

You can also try browsing to the installation folder and running the game executable directly from there to see if that helps.

I'm running it on an Desktop PC with 16GB Ram, AMD A8-7650K and Radeon R7 Graphics and an 64bit Windows OS.

The Game is actually launching, I've already launched it from the installation folder and it didn't work. I'll try the help page you gave me ...

If done all checking and updating my system and even after stopping Kaspersky it won't run ...

Can you upload your log file to somewhere like Pastebin[www.pastebin.com] so we can take a look at what is going on?

The log file is at %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\output_log.txt

Hmmm... not sure what is going on. Could you zip up and send us your crash dump folder. Should be located here:
%APPDATA%\..\Local\Temp\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\Crashes\

Also might be good to see the results of a DirectX diagnostic. To get a DirectX diagnostic file:
Go to windows start menu -> Run -> type "dxdiag" (no quotes) and hit enter -> click the 'Save All Information' button.

If you have a gmail account, you can upload this data here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1IqkXXHrpaH1aKXaixgKhq7-UdOxJWhWg

Thanks!

You don't happen to have any Citrix software installed, do you? I believe it is a known issue with Unity games (at least on some versions of Unity). One fix is to uninstall your Citrix Workstation software.

I did some digging and it looks like on Friday, Unity released a new version that should fix the issue. We will try to upgrade Unity and use it for our next release. Not sure of the exact ETA, but we are hoping to do a release sometime near the end of the week, perhaps Friday or Saturday. Hopefully that should fix the issue without the need to uninstall Citrix.

Indeed I have a Citrix Workstation installed, so thats the Problem. I think I'll wait for the new release and let you know if it fixes the Problem.

Thank you very much
