Love Connection - missing quarter bug

I cannot find the quarter to give to the guy at the vending machine for the Love Connection side quest. I've seen walkthough videos and it appears for all of them but not me. In case it's something that gets triggered by another event, let me know but it wouldn't make much sense to me.

They moved the location this last update. Trying to go back and get achievements and, yea it's not in the same spot.

They could have kept it where it was and made it more noticeable.

I cant seem to get the quarter to appear either and have exhausted all the chat options with involved characters.

It's was there, but new update make it gone. Maybe it's a bug.

The Quarter is now found in the Cafeteria Kitchen, on the serving window ledge.

I have the same issue, how can player's make YouTube guide's that complete love connection but when I play the quarter's are missing?
