Are you able to get the game to load at all? Like if you create a server, can you get in-game?
Also, some PC specs may be useful here. Are you on a Laptop by chance? Cause yeah there is a rare issue that can occur with laptops and trying to run borderless windowed mode. Could try right clicking the game, going to properties, going to launch options, and adding "-fullscreen" to see if it works then.
Sorry about not posting the pc specs before. I have an msi ge60 2pc apache laptop.

I tried creating my own server but it stops at ''loading resources'' step, and ı can hear the ingame sounds. Then ı joined an instagib match with people in it, ı think the game loads, ı heard myself shooting the gun and jumping, respawning( Same thing happens when ı create my own server). But like the other day my screen is stuck on the ''initializing world'' loading screen. I tried all of these with the ''-fullscreen'' added to the launch options in game properties.
With patch 153, that went live today, it should no longer be an issue.
However if it still is, and you're playing on Windows 10, you could go to the system settings > Gaming > Graphics settings, then click Browse and locate and pick jbep3.exe (usually at <path to Steam>\steamapps\common\Jabroni Brawl Episode 3\bin\win32\jbep3.exe), then select Performance.
