Killer7: For those who want to know what the hell's going on

NOTE: Only look at this stuff if you've already completed the game

Killer7 can be quite confusing at times, and I've heard many who want an explanation of what everything meant, so I've provided some links to the book made about Killer7, and some great videos about the meaning of the game and just the story in general

Despite this though, I personally think it's better not to watch these, as to me, trying to unravel the story is half the fun of the game, but ultimately that's up to what you want

MORE IMPORTANT STUFF: as you've probably seen in the comments, people disagree about the whole story explanation thing, which is my bad, I should've specified these as different interpretations of the source material, rather than just a flat out explanation, so as said in the comments, don't take these as definitive, and try to figure the story out on your own, that's easily the best way to understand the story.

I'm going to keep these regardless, as I think their still worthwhile videos to watch, but again, try to figure out the story on your own, and think of these as theories.

A lot of people have serious misconceptions about the plot of killer7, so I wouldn't really trust any videos or essays about it either (note: I haven't seen these, so I'm not actually saying they're bad, just that you shouldn't take any fan work as a primary source).

The best way to get a better grip on a story like this is to just keep going over it. If you wonder about a specific point, search through k7 and Hik7 to see all mentions of it and compare them. Just keep investigating the text directly and forming hypotheses based on your observations.

I second this. Many analyses of Killer7 were made before certain pieces of info were revealed and thus do a fair job of piecing things together with what was available, but end up being wrong currently.
