It's a free game. Is it worth 40Gb of your drive to find out? That would be much more accurate than gathering opinions from strangers. Other than that I could only say two things that have nothing to do with personal preferences:

1) it's an UE game and thus has horrible file structure as far as updates are concerned, especially on Steam. Even little updates result in nearly the entire game being repackaged and rewritten. It happens fairly often and takes a decent amount of time (especially on Steam, from 30 minutes to an hour or possibly more) and degrades the drive for no reason.

2) It will soon undertake significant changes in game progression department. They are moving away from regular wipes that have been happening until now.

yes there is team matchmaking and vc, text based chat was only for your team iirc

They are rewriting the game, again. I wouldn't spend money on it and you better have a thick skin for cheaters.

I like it and enjoy it, I would recommend it. Even if it's late in the season, you can jump in and just try it out. There will be more geared players now but if you are good you still have a chance.

You can use VOIPING ingame, which can also lead to finding team mates right from inside the game (if they are friendly).

Its all on you if you want to play or not. I think its pretty fun from time to time, haven't run into too many cheaters lately either. Most of the players I do run into are usually friendly as well. Its f2p so might as well give it a go and see what you think.

I'm in the same boat as others above, we are a free to play game and we won't bother you to spend any money to experience the game's content if that isn't something you're interested in, we totally respect that!

Also as mentioned above, we will be wiping with Season 3 on March 29th which will reset everyone's progress for a fresh start, but this will be the last time we wipe as we work towards longevity of player progression and end game as well as making it much easier for a new player to jump in and get involved without feeling like the odds are stacked against them. If you do give us a try today, we hope you will keep this in mind so that the option of starting fresh with everyone is still an option you'll keep in mind, but if you do join today, don't be afraid to stop into our Discord server, lots of helpful folks there, if you can find me I don't mind running with you to show you around on the surface either!

I already tested it and the game is fun. Wipe system doesn't bother me, pvp is also ok. But there is one problem because having limited mobile internet will download the entire game, which in my case eliminates this game. steam reduces download size from 35gb to 14gb but still a lot with a limit of 120gb per month. Also, good luck with the project, but I have to let go of the game.

Hackers are everywhere, more so on the alternate map which i forgot the name of. I played this game hardcore for about 3 weeks, the getting KoS and hackers 24/7 are why I left it.

To be fair, I've been putting a ton of time into this and have no run into a single hacker in over a month. If anything I feel bad because I keep killing everyone on the map. Makes it clear, TO ME AT LEAST, that the hacker problem is dying down slightly or they are all just on the same maps together. Kinda how Dark Souls deals with their hackers, just put them all in a game together and be done with it.

Just yesterday I received an game compensation package for "cheating"... looking at the kit, it was something I dropped in days ago with, and I guess whoever killed me was running some sort of cheat?

I'm just going off my experience is all. I don't doubt that hackers are in the game, they are in every game.
