Fully close your game and Epic launcher
Press Windows key + R
Search for the following (depending on which GPU you have):
Nvidia: %LOCALAPPDATA%\NVIDIA\DXCache
or
AMD: %LOCALAPPDATA%\AMD\DXCache
4. Delete everything in the Direct X shader cache folder: DXCache
5. Reopen Steam/Epic and relaunch the game
If the previous solution didnt work, you can also try:
Update GPU driver.
restart computer and re-load the game.
Still getting error code 5?
3. Click on “ reinstall GPU Driver “ do the clean installation: You need to select the customized installation (Not Express installation).
4. Check the box labeled “ Clean install the driver “ .
5. Proceed with the Clean installation.
6. Restart the computer.
7. Load the game again.

To find your logs, press Win+R, type %localappdata%, go to Prospect>Saved>Logs The Prospect.txt file should contain the relevant information.
The game won't run anymore, because the servers are permanently closed. The game is over, there is nothing else to see here.
