When will I be able to play again?? What should I try???

Since the Season 3 patch and even after the hot fix Im still stuck with the loading screen loop. Just nothing, only a black screen with a frozen loop in the bottom of the screen. I have tried to uninstall and install it again to no luck. What can be done or is this the end of my prospecting?? D:

i have the same problem but at the lauch i have contacted the assistency and they have said that its a global problem

I would try disabling steam overlay and steam input.

In the library, right click on cycle frontier, properties, under general tab turn off steam overlay, under steam input tab set disable.

Then upper left of steam client, Steam -> Settings, go to Downloads, Clear download cache

Then again in the library, right click on cycle frontier, properties, under general tab write in the "run with options" field: -autoconfig

Also be sure that your graphics drivers are up to date.

Try clicking your mouse after having looked at the black screen for some time. I had a similar issue because I didn't have Windows Media installed on my PC. Without it the game couldn't play videos at the start and simply stuck. Luckily clicking would cancel the video and get me into the game. One other suggestion would be to open your game's Properties in the Steam Library and remove any launch parameters if you have them. The Season 3 version resets some of the video settings and they might conflict with the stuff you had there. Having -dx11 or -fullscreen might cause issues because the game resets the video settings to use DX12 by default.
