It's their IP, they are not going to give them away for free.
Besides, that Player 2 youtuber showed an ad from Yager looking for producers to create a massive sci-fi MMO... so they may want to reuse the assets... AGAIN.

Desperately waiting. Think about this game multiple times a week. I miss the noises of the world, the shaders on the plants, the way the water looked, the locations, the storm sounds, the creatures, the gun sounds, the hub Ship. I wish for nothing more than to be able to go back down to Fortuna III. I even have the game still downloaded. Sometimes I launch it just to hear the UI noise for the limited menu we get to access now that the game is offline. Even if we couldn't get private servers I wish we could at least still launch the game into the tutorial world to walk around in again.

i fell u brother, i miss this game so much... it was the first and only extraction shooter that i actually was good at, in all the others up to date i get my ass kicked... they really need to bring it back

Release the server files. Sooner or later, some people will reverse engineer the game and create custom servers!!!
