Private servers?

Is it possible to play the game on a password locked server, just with a trusted community, or offline solo? Seems like it would be fun, but playing only with randos enabled seems like a very dull proposition. Griefers are bad enough even when they aren't cheating.

I agree, at least servers where people don't kill on site. or at least have a reason not to
