But the biggest problem is when you are playing solo and there are squads in same servers.
I hope they let servers for solo people and other for squads. This need to be sepparated. I dont wanna lose my items because i find a squad using mic and with big advantages, its very unfair, like it happened in beta with me many times.
My point is i thought the same as you but now I see what intensity the PVP element provides. Try my method that way deaths are only costing you 150 credits, while you zoom around learning the map.
It's just not for me. To me, it's just a source of frustration, between griefers and cheaters and game balance - all the issues that open up any time "Player vs Player" is an element.
I want the kind of game experience this game has to offer, without that element.
Maybe they could also add servers or maps that have harder PvE content, but that's not really the focus of my request here.
Give it a try, the maps are so big you can literally avoid PVP for the most part. You could also select solo or duo servers back when i played it. There team up with random player in game is quite cool. Most games are kill on sight but i found my experience of this was people would hit the team up button instead so made it even more fun.
The main times i remember coming up against PVP was the drop ship at the end of the match, but just rush in and you will be fine don't try and fight the campers.
I had so much fun and i am very much like you and i prefer PVE content. I highly recommend giving it a go at least.
I...never said Tarkov was going to be PvE? I stated it's really disappointing that they've committed to the PvP part of their experience.
BSG recently has even cracked down on the third party mods that make it a single player experience (which also, incidentally, *not* what I am looking for).
The possibility is there for PvE servers, as the mods prove, but BSG has actively refused to fulfill that desire for players.
That's why I'm asking for things to be different here in this game.
I just don't have that desire. If and when I can play without the risk of my time and investment in the game being negated by other random players, that's when I'll give it a go.
Which...is not what I'm asking/looking for in the first place. Why exclude anyone if you don't have to?
ARK and Rust are both glitches, bugs, and penises galore. Also, third person survival games...not really the same kind of experience.
By no means am I wishing for them to make this game PvE-*only*. I just want a non-PvP option.
I remember a game that was fun , easy to get into, could level up in the match and call in air drops for new weapons as you ranked up in a single match.
Now it got some weird loot system where we don't keep anything we take with us it just feels meh the entire gameplay loop felt weak compared to how great it used to be.
I'll have to give it more time to see if the great content/gameplay it use to have is maybe hidden further into the game but so far i'm not impressed, not to mention performance is all over the place. I used to play on ultra on EGS with a solid 60FPS here on steam on this new version i got it Low and struggling to stay stable when i turn there is loads of FPS drops all over the place.
