Worker got stuck in the ground...

All of a sudden, the most important worker got stuck in the ground. At certain angle i was able to pull him up and then he will sink back down right away...Same issue wherever i pull him to. Please help!

use the innkeeper mode hand (top right)
then drag the employe back up, you can also submit a bugreport with the savefile or so
