Understanding Bath and Beauty DLC - ATTENTION PLEASE DEVS

There seems to be much confusion with the Bath and Beauty DLC and what does what and requirements for it. SO, if I may invite the game Dev's to come and explain some things plainly and simple, I'm sure we would all welcome it...

1) How will the new toilets in a room work?
2) What are the new sinks for, and how should we add them to a room (and what rooms) ?
3) What do we need in a bathroom to make it function properly for taking a bath? Are there items we may inadvertantly put in a room that will stop it functioning properly?
4) Have you found any bugs in the new DLC you've confirmed and are working on fixing?

My thanks to the Dev's and the swift replies they may post to alleviate our concerns...

5) Will a washbasin and/or bathtub work in a rented room, and if so how? Will this just invite random people into the room rather than serve those who have rented a bed?

I had a bug, when I built a bathroom on the upper floor. The customers, who were on the way to the bathtube were not using the stairs correctly, but they walked kind of through them and did not climb up.
After building another bathroom on the groundlevel, it worked properly. With only a tube and a wardrobe inside (not a paravent).
I recognized, that a drudge brought water, so maybe you need a fireplace to heat it!?
I needed no soap at all or other things.

I did place a water barrel in my first bathroom. Townspeople have used the bath tub in fact a had a glitch where two people ended up in the tub. Guess it is time to place another tub. Otherwise all is fine. I have a bathroom on ground floor and first level up.

I put wash basins in the bards rooms but have not noticed anyone using them. I may have just missed it though.

Since the DLC my game keeps crashing...first time ever with this game.
