A couple questions

I just finished the prologue and took out a loan for 1000 bucks. I noticed each room section is 300 bucks way more then I can afford to buy when I need more then one. Am I to start my inn outside before making rooms?

And also I noticed to circus and something else cant be checked in game options is that something that unlocks later? I mean this anniversary edition said it had all the DLC right?

And when I start building this new inn is that dude with the costly beer gonna come and steal form me again or burn my place down?

You'll need to restart and take the whole $20k (max amount). Others will give you more detail and if you search, you should find some more information.

There are three banks to get loans from. As I type that I wonder if they are all available in the prologue. But they are in sandbox and you can get a loan from another bank to pay off the 1st loan if you have to and get a new set of time to pay it off.

I can't speak to the DLC question as I despise them. As far as your last question, you'll have to find out ;)

Edit: You can restart without having to play the prologue. There's a check box at the start or in options.

on average for the start of chapter 1 first thing I did was make a hard save for that chapter. This was a save I kept as well as my main game save, trust me you will be reworking things alot if you don't pay attention.

now before you build anything go into your journal and see what you can unlock with your baseline starting reputation, (I believe this is left over from the prolouge.) unlock just what you need to get the discount on building rooms. 50 dollars might not sound like much but its a godsend. Doing that and keeping things small I did I think a 3X3 main hall. and a 2x3 kitchen a 16k loan is all you really need to get started with that. That gives you enough to hire at least 1 server drudge and kitchen hand. order your supplies for what you currently have available stick to lager and 1 food item for now.

As soon as you can repay the loan You will know when the right time for that is.

I was able eventually to make due with about 15k for a loan but thats because I have played the campaign quite a bit

The anniversary edition includes all of season 1 DLC. The circus was season 2 DLC.

Is Bathrooms cosmetic? My guests dont use them.

Also im on provide lodging for the night I have onluy raise fame left but its been on it for days now I hired that person at the cross roads a couple times.


Al;so my candles I guess burned down but I dont see a way replace candles. Please tell me I dont have to sell them and buy them again.

Bathrooms? Sorry, I'm not certain if you mean a outhouse or a bath. Baths do get used and can earn you money. Same for outhouses but you need to unlock the ability to charge to use it and it's buggy. But they may be different in the campaign.

I haven't played the campaign in years so I can't help there.

As for candles, you will need to buy more candles from another city so a drudge can replace the burnt out candles. Candles can be made later in the game, again not positive that is true in the campaign.

Probably because Kablater decided that a season pass with a single, unpopular, DLC was even too much to milk. All the other planed content for season 2 never happened.

Anyone who bought the season 1 pass, got the season 2 pass for free. It was done as sort of an apology as all of the season 1 content was given away freely when they did the anniversary update.

how do we buy the circus dlc now though? i got the anni edition but some dlcs are greyed out ingame and no way to buy....hmm..

I have no idea. The DLC might still exist, but is hidden. Or Klabater has removed it from steam entirely.
