That is a known bug that has a hotfix being tested literally right now to address the issue!

So wait, you were or were not able to customize? Is this something you wanted and it hasn't happened or did something go wonky?

I was not able to customize the the keys. WASD does not work for me. I need to use the right side of the keyboard for movement.

Well that is certainly a new one on me. Have you ever sent in a save file to be looked at? [e-mail] is the address. I can forward it on to them to look.

Dear developer,

I bought the game back then and took part in every development of the game. I played it longer then took a break, every now and then briefly because of patches.
Now, after a long break, I had to read with horror that the game is no longer playable, a lot of bugs and what do I have to find out for myself today that the probably worst bugs I have read about unfortunately apply and when you start the employees still work with you However, it is strange how long it takes some things to do, but after a short playing time (a new game had started) all the guests scream that they are waiting for the order and are thirsty then leave angry because no one takes care of them anymore.

I'm so shocked because back then I called it the best game in many years, but now it's a shame that it can be written off.
What I don't understand why you bring out a game that works well and after a while it doesn't work anymore and you don't care anymore instead of making the game even better and then making more money with it ???

I'll wait a little, maybe the developer will find his way back and handle the bugs instead of closing the bug thread.

Lieber Entwickler,

ich habe das spiel Damals von Anfang an gekauft und jede Entwicklung am Spiel mit gemacht habe es länger gespielt dann mal Pause gemacht immer mal wieder kurz rein wegen Patches.
Jetzt musste ich nach einer längeren Pause mit Entsetzen lesen das dass Spiel, nicht mehr spielbar ist sehr viele Bugs und was muss ich selber Heute feststellen das der wohl schlimmste Bugs von dem ich gelesen habe leider zutrift und zwar wenn man anfängt arbeiten die Angestellten noch mit allerdings da ist schon komisch wie lange die manche Dinge erledigen brauchen, doch nach kurzer Spielzeit (hatte ein neues Spiel angefangen) schreien alle Gäste das sie auf die Bestellung warten und durstig sind dann wütend gehen weil sich niemand mehr sich ihrer an nimmt.

Bin so schockiert weil ich es damals noch als bestes Spiel seit vielen Jahren genannt hatte, doch jetzt leider schade kann man es wohl abschreiben.
Was ich nicht verstehe warum bringt man ein Spiel raus das dann gut funktioniert und nach einer Weile geht es nicht mehr und man kümmert sich nicht mehr drum statt das 'Spiel noch besser zu machen um dann auch damit mehr Geld zu verdienen ???

Ich warte mal ein wenig vielleicht findet der Entwickler ja wieder zu sich und behabt die Bugs statt den Bug-Thread zu schließen.

Why? Why join you on Discord? You don't do anything to fix this game here. You ignore everybody on Discord. This game is BROKEN and UNPLAYABLE. Joining you on Discord is going to fix exactly WHAT? Nothing. I bought the game a few months ago and it was fine. It worked. Now? It is completely unplayable. 100% broken.
