Money Cheat?

I'm not really that keen on looking for such, but the "end" of the campaign in this game, really blows. Between getting fleeced by that Tbag guy, and have to source items to sell. The chance to stock up enough to actually buy all that "special water", seems slim to none :/

sigh, suppose the trick is to take it veeeeeeeeeeeery slow, and build up a huge fortune before even think about progress to fast. Which kinda make it into watch grass grow...

Yeah, the best way to deal with Torvins taxes is to be prepared for him before he shows up.

Its possible finish his entire quest line in a single game day. By having all the needed rooms, with the needed decor, and all the needed goods sitting on the pallet. Ensuring that the taxes won't add up and that you deal with him permanently before he hits you with his final massive, unplayable tax.

Word of warning don't store the water before you need it. Buy it, and have it sit on the pallet. Guilded water is just water. Its nothing special, and once stored it simply is treated like normal water. You are only buying it as a bribe disguised as a purchase. With the only benefit that you can then sell your own over priced well water.

CHEATS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

money cheat: hit (alt + ~) paste AddGold(100000) or however much you want and click run than close the window. there are many, many cheats for the game, ive posted several in the cheats you have been warned section, including many to get the best employees, many to spawn naked guests and several to spawn several spicific guest types such as adventurer or bard. ive also done fame cheats and the like. i still say outside of sandbox i dont recommend cheats because it ruins the fun of the game but i dont turn my nose up at those who do it to increase fun if the challange is to great for them. so have at it, just save before using cheats, as mistypes or doing to many to fast can cause crashing or frozen NPCs.

cheats were removed in an update in june or july, cheat engine still works though
