Room Quality
Does it really matter? To be clear, im not talking about "Guest Rooms" its obvious enough that increasing the quality of the sleeping rooms increases the price you can charge guests to rent a bed. but does it affect pricing on anything else?
For example, will a better kitchen mean i can charge more for food, Main Hall : Drinks. Etc.
Or does it affect something else, like customer volume.
or... nothing at all as the game is still developing.. :)

Thanks

I'd like to know the same thing because i can't manage to satisfy any customer.
I have the best Grill/Cauldron for speed and everything is very close. For my max 36 Seats i have 7 Servers i am really not sure what else to do. I'll figure it out eventually some help would be nice though.

to satisfy customers I just lower food prices down to the "really happy" indicator, not just "happy".. if that makes sense. I haven't seen anything else have as big of an effect as that.

to answer this res'd old post, things could have changed as I haven't played in a while but I was talking about room quality, not guest satisfaction. You can increase room quality with decorations like rugs and banners as well as higher end facilities like the grills/cauldrons mentioned above. but at the time of this original post I found after extensive testing that it didn't actually affect anything. To be clear, I couldn't charge patrons more for any services, drinks or meals therefore I concluded it "didn't actually affect anything"

Things could have changed in patches and DLC's and I'd be interested if this is no longer true.

I think that room quality only affects rooms guests stay in. Guest rooms are obvious but I think main halls are affected too as they should be more welcoming for guests meaning you should get more and they should be willing to spend more. For other rooms like storage, kitchen, etc, it shouldn't matter, maybe it affects employee morale or something but that doesn't matter too much either as you need to really mess up to make them want to leave you.
