The bad ending is pretty much the same, but you have to destroy or subjugate all 5 factions. With no factions left to support you, you can no longer be king but can still remain an innkeeper.
The worst ending is failing to pay back Troven's debt. That simply ends the game and wont allow you to continue.
You get short epilogue for each of the endings, good or bad.
I was able to complete the campaign with out any serious bugs or problems. For me, the game still had a few minor glitches, adventurer rewards still seemed to be lacking, 1 of the 3 lot size upgrades still failed to unlock, vedettas could still get stuck in the bathrooms, annoying but not game breaking issues.
Others still seem to be having larger problems, like hard crashes and glitched AI. So I guess it comes down to your hardware or set up. If the game likes it, you will be fine. If it doesnt, then it still will have issues.
I still played after it finished, expecting to become a king. xD
Somehow the "Success" message on screen wasn't clear enough. Only when I finished second time with Outlaws, I got the proper ending cutscene.
