Can't move forward with the game

I was an hour in and reached the point where I needed to buy more wine when something bugged and I had to close the game without saving and I lost most of my progress. Starting over from an autosave,I've come to the point again where I've run out of the first batch of wine (so I completed the task) but I can't claim it as finished. Also, I'm not getting any prompts to go to the bandit location to buy more wine. What should I do? I've tried closing the game and starting it back up a few times.

Same problem here. Got the Wine from the bandits, completed task but game doesnt move on. Nothing new happens. Not sure if a bug or intended.

Would be nice if you guys paid attention to the dialog....
1. Put up the message Board
2. Click on it and Select Secret Message.
3. Wait..... it does take awhile.

Also make sure that you unlocked Outlaws in your skills. Click on the quest book, then on the bottom there are three tabs. Click the middle tab and select outlaws and unlock.

Again the tutorial shows you how to do this but people are rushing through.

i'm pretty sure they are talking about the next quest "smuggle more wine" which i also have a problem with. i keep bying the wine from the outlaw camp, the guy in the hat keeps coming, i keep telling him that i don't sell smuggled alcohol, ad nauseam

the only option i have on the board is "quests", no secret messages

It takes a few days waiting for the cool looking guy showing up. The duke came nearly every day for me, but it doesn't matter. Cause this is only chapter 1. U will start a new inn from 2.

You need to operate for the time set in quest note. (+1h cause bandito will come again after it shows -1h) - Just sell as much wine as possible

Duke comes every day to harass me. I have no wine. The bandits have no wine to smuggle. I'm not sure what to do.

Well , everytime he come I just save a game and try to proc my skill to convince him. Its ridiculous but its working now . Didint find any other better thing to do :(

to be fair the game auto saves once at the begining of each day.

I stated in my first post that I had gotten my first batch of wine. My problems was that I had sold all of it and I knew the next task was to sell as much as possible in two days without getting caught but despite selling out of my first batch, the game glitched and didn't give me credit for it. I ended up starting from the autosave from the first day again.

This is just to add to this. My issue is with the smuggle alcohol quest. I hired the dredge, didnt give me credit and bought wine from the bandits... no credit.. I have a dredge but will not let me hire another so I am stuck, this may be from know the quest ahead of time, so perhaps I completed before the quest required it, knocking it out of wack. Restarting game.
