[Solved] Can't update!
Everytime I try to start it. it flickers on & off. currently stuck in my downloads screen. Can't remove it.

Sounds like a steam related problem to me. You could try restarting steam and /or manually removing the games files first. Does this help?

Thanks for getting back to me. Restarting Steam didn't help. I ended up just uninstalling/reinstalling the game. it seems fine now. spooky!

No problem. Maybe I messed something up with the depots and Steam just didn't know what files to replace. Not sure. Glad it works though:)
