Report a translation problem
This probably means that the render resolution calculation in the beginning of the game messed up in your case.
You could try this:
- Wait, until you are in the bathroom.
- Hit F4 to open the console
- type "stat fps" and hit enter. Current FPS should now be shown on your screen/hmd
- type "r.ScreenPercentage 130", hit enter. You can try any value between 100 and 150.
Watch your FPS though, they should stay at 90. Some players don't mind 45... The lower,
the more motion sickness you may experience.
