I just fixed it by relogging / relink my account. Now i'm faced with another problem, and that is the message "Login failed"

if u are from the US this has been going on for 4-6 months, i don't really think it will ever get fixed. Ubisoft doesn't seem to care at all, since nowadays the US population on grow is nothing compared to other countries. I'm pretty sure its an internal server issue.

guys it got rid of it like 2-3 weeks ago? I was just randomly able to log in again. I believe it i was like shadowban, those usually last 30 mins but i got somehow for 4-5 months, this is crazy. Hope yall get rid of this problem aswell.

4033 Forbidden is an ip block error, contact support and ask them to whitelist your ip. Or change your router to dynamic Ip

an update about my situation my internet went down for like 30 min and i check growtopia website and for some reason i dont get the 403 error and now i can play the game so imo try to turn off your internet source and turning it back on
