Is this game still playable?

I know this game more than 9 years.
This game was so funny especially making profit and being rich even after getting scammed and quit still I can't leave it, but now I don't play it since 2020.
So my question is (should I play this game/ is there people still playing it and having fun/ can I have fun playing it or nah is this game dead?
