False banned.

I've been false banned like 2 days ago, contacted the support with a ticket IMEDIATELY, the response was upsetting. They didn't even look into my account, logs n stuff, just named the REASONS why people CAN GET banned. Either way I was told the only last thing I could do is contact a mod to help (so far seems impossible). Maybe any1 have faced the same issue and got it fixed?

same here, i literally contacted the whole ubisoft support and they said they will never unban me. Ngl, i literally banned because claiming old map from (casino world or something?)
they literally said that lol. That mean if you got banned, you will never be unbanned, such a shame.

Same here got banned permanently for a false reason, they won't check logs nor reply after sending that kind of e-mail, talking about the reasons why I cannot be unbanned.

Contacted Ubisoft growtopia mods on discord on their official server, needless to say they would just ignore you even though they're blatantly online.

Farming is a big part of this game and many people get falsely banned for auto-farming, making it impossible to gain in-game currency, world locks, sadly I couldn't get unbanned an no-one checked logs nor replied to me.
