I figured out the symbol order and it lit's up the symbols but nothing more then that.

i can get to the stairs but don't get how the conection system works

The symbol order goes farther/further (whatever) than the space on the puzzle board ;)

No not the same time, one has to do the puzzle and the other one has to walk to the end.
One more hint: The puzzler can change the road, but not the sign you're standing on.

Tell me the full passage, because I got sick of moving them for two hours. Each time it comes to a standstill because it becomes impossible to move a figure

The puzzler has to connect the next piece together that matches the symbol on the bridge.. Then the walker can go to the next part of the bridge and tell the puzzler the next part. Untill the end..

You need to gradually build the bridge while keeping your friend safe and as far ahead as possible
