Chapter 7 Bug

All barrels are filled but door is not opening.

Currently playing through this with a friend, and we've run into things like this before. If you finish all of the puzzles in a section, and you're sure you should be able to proceed, try saving and restarting the game loading the save.

I don't recall the exact puzzle/room we were stuck at, but something didn't move forward properly and I was able to move to the next section while he was trapped. Save, restart, and load from the save fixed it.

The bug wasnt fixed and we deleted game sadly,

i had the same issue. just had to fill them again
