Bass Pedal Sensitivity
Got a question.

In the Midi Set up the Default Real Drums Hit-Hat Note option works fine for me. except the set up isn't ideal. So I create my own Presets. Only one problem, the Bass is way to sensative. The meter when yo test your presets shows it at 50, but when I use the Default one, its at zero, and it works perfect and isnt overly sensative. Anyone able to educate me on how I can adjust that?

I use a Roland TD17. Is this something i can change in phase shift, or do I need to reduce sensativily on my brain for the bass pedals and it should go from 50 to 0 as it does in the presets

so a update, I've gone into the system on my drum brain, reduced the senativity a low as it can go, and no effect ingame what so ever. when kicking with the drum, just being on time and doing one kick, the game acts like i hit it 2-4 times (Over hitting) This is for the steam version

Are you using a straight usb cable or a midi to usb cable?
What kind of kick beaters are you using?
Another thing do you crush the beater into the bass head or let it rebound?

Also fiddle with your cross talk settings in the drum brain.

Yeah I'm having the same issue on my TD-1K. The bass pedal is WAY too sensitive and detects hits when my foot moves against the pressed down pedal, and often on the release as well.

Is there any way to adjust the pedal sensitivity in the game? I've turned the drum sensitivity on my drum brain as low as it will go and the problem is still here, and it isn't a problem when I play the drums with headphones on (just singular clean bass hits), or with Rock Band 4 on the PS4.

What I ended up doing, was creating my own profile with the Midi Profiler, Assigned everything, put that into the settings>official_presets configuration settings document, and on start up, it picked up everything without issues. So now my Crash symbol is Green on my right hand side where I wanted it originally but now my bass pedal isn't over sensitive and reacts as it should perfectly. Didn't have to adjust the settings in the brain at all. This is the steam version by the way of how i did it.
