I cannot login with my asmodee account (I can login correctly in anothers asmodee games)

Hello devs!

I cannot login with my asmodee account in-game, so i cannot play ONLINE.
I put my email/nick, then my password, but the logging window stays on "connecting".
My credentials are correct. I can login fine in anothers asmodee games.

PLEASE HELP ME!

I have written to the developers and never got a response. It is a shame and a scam.

Report the game on the store page so they don't continue to harm more people.

Não consigo fazer login com minha conta asmodee no jogo, então não posso jogar ONLINE. Coloco meu email/nick, depois minha senha, mas a janela de log fica em "conectando". Minhas credenciais estão corretas. Eu posso entrar bem em outros jogos asmodee. POR FAVOR ME AJUDE! Agradeço antecipadamente!

Just bought the game. A dream for several years. But there are no online players. And every other day the server lags. That's crap (
How does online work in general? Please tell me.
