It has explicit sex scenes, it just doesn't show genitals.

Wish there was a patch like To trust an Incubus that uncensored it. But then again, the art was probably never drawn in such a way.

Shame, censored sex scenes sort of ruin the point. Especially in a yaoi game. How is a poor boy like me suppose to get his boy love?
