This vs. Marble Blast Ultra
I loved Marble Blast Ultra on Xbox Live Arcade. How do they stack up?
Same physics? Movement? Gameplay?
I will purchase this game immediately if they are similiar so please do not mislead me.

I never played Ultra but I did play Gold, and compared to Gold the physics are definitely much heavier, at least compared to what I remember. Of course this depends on what you feel but even tho I thought I wouldn't like the heavier physics I actually don't mind at all, it's different but not worse. Beyond that it's really a continuation and refinement of a lot of the great fundamentals of Marble Blast with smaller but great innovations. It looks great, it feels great and the level design is really nice too, and workshop provides essentially infinite content. Imo buy it, give it a shot and just refund it if you don't like it, however I think you'll be down with it if you enjoyed any of the Marble Blast games.

This is better than Ultra in my opinion.. but at the very least they are similar. It's totally worth a buy. If you don't like it you can always refund through steam.

update: i bought no regrets, didnt even wait for a sale
Feels like a super premium MBU to be honest. Love it. But there is no PVP multiplayer, which was the best part about Marble Blast Ultra.

I didn't even know this game existed until today...

I played the crap out of Marble Blast: Ultra when I was a kid. I'm totally gonna pick this up after I beat RDR2

And it has user map creation? Noice

So the map creation uses developer tools. While it is nice the option is available, and there are some good levels on the workshop, these tools are not easy to use.

Note that MIU has no multiplayer.

Otherwise, it has a nice single player and going for the diamond times is the meat of the game.

I'm familiar with Unity I could probably figure it out.
