HElP with sentinels and blocking signel

I have the sentinel key but when I try talking to the sentinels I get notified that my message was blocked. What do I do and where do I go from here? Please be specific

Also how do we get the dyson sphere quest?

Same thing. When you deactivate the sentinels they'll give you the key to the Dyson sphere.

Unfortuantely, I was faffing around for a while and suddenly I could talk to the sentnels, I didn't manage to identify a single event that instantly let me talk with them.

If it helps, it's the star cluster to the far south east where I managed to find some I could talk to.
