Also, from the Load Game menu you can start from any previous save point.
If you experience this bug, please post in this thread so I can debug it.
There is a work around. Open the console and enter:
TellPlayer("CMB_CLEAR")
But only do so if you've confirmed that it is this specific bug.
1. Key Filters says I've located enough key filters
2. CMB Signal says I've destroyed all of the stations
Pilman's initial query concerns just the phage origin, which I have not yet found, nor do I have the slightest clue where to start because it isn't listed in the Quests under Mission Log. Would that quest block discussion concerning the Key Filters or CMB Signal? The only other open quests concern the message fragments and Dyson sphere. Would either of those block Pilman from discussing other quests? Pilman's only available dialog options concern the pottery and exit the dialog.
Not sure how to confirm this is a bug but assuming it is, TellPlayer("CMB_CLEAR") returns "no return value." Pilman's dialog options do not change.
I was really enjoying it until this, but I've been wandering around in space looking for any new quests for some time now and aside from fighting off alien hordes, there seems little else to do. I'd like to give the game a thumbs up, but continuing to wander around seems like a waste of time, so I've stopped playing until I know how to proceed?
The Phage quest does block other quests.
You need to visit the phage home world which is located at the western end of the chain of systems where you first encounter them.
I hope the developer sees this message because how late i am lol.
