All races being hostile
I'm at the point in the game where the Lumae has been released.

Shortly after that, most of the races have become hostile towards me. Is this expected?

No, generally the races should have their same disposition toward you. If you send your save to wx3labs@gmail.com I can take a look and see what might have caused it.

Under Windows saves are in:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Wx3 Labs, LLC\Starcom Nexus\saves

Please include the most recent *.json and *_info.json files.

no, the hostility of races didn't change for me. Did you maybe accidentally shoot them? Often when lumae arrive, some saurids spawn shortly after to fight them and get in the way
I'm wondering if it's the Havok defences.

Would hostilities reset if I avoid them for a few in game days?

Probably. There are two components to disposition, one part changes from missions and dialogue, the other in response to hostilities toward the race or their allies. The latter decays over time. There isn't (or shouldn't be) any mission events that make everyone hate you.
I think it's the latter. Most of them are back to "neutral" now. I think it's probably the Havok defences.

Unfortunately, the Tyncoeden are still hostile. Probably because I deforested one too many of their planets. (I couldn't resist clicking on "Timber!"
Sadly, they will never accept my solution to their folding protein problem now :steamsad:
