Chapter 7: Comedy Interlude Issue

Hi, I am running into an issue on the comedy level where even when selecting the correct answers, I still receive the cutscene as if I had completely failed the scenario. I have tried the level multiple times and all the different combinations to see if there are any changes and I cannot seem to figure out why this happens.

On a topical note, this particular level was harder for me compared to the other levels because it was a scenario for a comedian telling jokes to an audience and no actual seduction (unless the technical errors in the level were affecting more than expected) occurred. What is considered a good joke can depend a lot on the audience and the delivery so it is not easy to intuitively detect which type of joke selection will be considered the good option until after it is chosen and the reaction observed.

Is this something I am only experiencing or are there others who are also having technical issues on this particular level? If I am not the only one, could there be some kind of patch that addresses this?

Same for me! I've tried multiple times with the correct answers but I can't have the best ending :/

Same with us, we even got the bad ending a few times with the same answers.

Had the same issue. Restart your game and pick all the right choices again, it should work.

I did not like this level b/c it isn't clear at all what you should do and since I'm not a standup comedian and have no hope of becoming one I also did not fare too well. In real life I have no problem making people laugh due to wit and sarcasm but I cannot put myself into the shoes of another comedian and understand his or her material. To be a comedian you have to use your own original material which are usually composed of your real life experiences takes to the nth level for effect.

Im also stuck here, even after following the guide, and by going to the level guide it says all the choices are 100% good! in the extra's menu it does not grand me the best ending achievement.....this level is bugged! Starting over does not solve this bug it must be solved by the developer

Have you guys tried redoing chapter 8? It sounds silly but I had the same issue, in the extras it said I still hadn't gotten a perfect ending on chapter 7. However the thumbnail for it says the title chapter of chapter 8. So I went and got a perfect ending on 8 and it worked!

Hi, can I ask more details about your problem because I think I have a similar one. Is that right that it showed you lack of the best ending in chapter 8 in you extras, but actually you lack of the best ending in chapter 7? And you redid chapter 8 and then got the achievement?

There is a bug that can cause you to be seen as choosing a possible but not the best option at the beginning of the chapter, so even if you choose all the best options, you cannot achieve the best ending. This bug can be seen in the comments section after you make the first best choice. If it is a 100% blue heart shape, it means that the bug has not been triggered, and you may have obtained the best outcome normally. Otherwise, you need to restart the game and continue trying. I successfully achieved the best ending of Chapter 7 by restarting the game once. But I'm not sure how this bug was triggered.

Restarting the game didn't work for me but getting the best ending on 8 gave me the best ending on 7. Weird bug but that unlocked it for me.

It worked for me ! I tried the level several ways and it didn't work. After the first question I was automatically at 20/80% even when choosing the correct answer (that's how you see if you have the bug). I restarted the game once and it was corrected, I was at 0/100%
