Cursor greatly restricted and full-screen saved setting not applied

Hi Devs!

I am excited to start fighting the new enemy but I have annoying bug. My cursor is restricted to slightly more than the top left quadrant of the screen. Both in the main menu and in the in-game menu.

Also, the game is saving all of my settings, including full-screen, however, the game doesn't open full screen. To go full screen I have to de-select and then re-select full screen. The full-screen issue isn't a big deal and has always been there but the restricted cursor is new.

I will send an email with the bug report and a video of the issue.
