Connection Online Error and XP Bug [Please help!]

One of my friends gifted me this game so we could play online multiplayer but there's a big problem:

1) In the main menu, when i click on the "Online" button, the game won't le me open the multiplayer page, instead it just sends me this error message:
"You are not connected to our servers. Be sure to have a working internet connection before".
I've completed all the 8 missions, checked my internet connection and reinstalled the game multiuple times but nothing has changed and i keep getting that error.

2) There's also another bug: my XP level doesn't exists, when i'm in the main menu, the XP bar and level should appear at the bottom right but instead there's just an "Error" text.
Plus, because i've completed all the 8 missions and spent some hours in free roaming, i should be able to buy something unlockable at lvl 2, but instead it says that i haven't reached that yet.

If anyone could help me, i would appreciate it. Thanks.

maybe verify the entire of the game files.
Or just a funked up Update they did.

No its the most common Mistakes in most other games people are having. The Firewall is not giving "FULL" Permissions. Already had 3 Friends done this to fix this problems.. *This is a Prob with most games and Firewalls not liking each other* Keep this in mind when you have similar problems with other games. (Also if applicable, check Router App permissions too)

im having the same problem too. i made sure that it had full permissions and i even tried turning the firewall off altogether but nothing changed

If youre not getting XP level that means you'e not connected to the internet through the game. It needs to connect to the master server to update you're XP level .. So without that its sure that youre not gonna connect On-line to any server.. You need to see what is blocking you're game from connecting to the internet. If not the Fire wall, then check you're Router and apps permission there. See if an Anti-Virus app is acting like a Fire wall too. If that game cant connect to the internet.. You're not gonna be able to play on-line and I can assure you its not a bug for I am able to connect to the Public server with no problems.
