Population

I can't seem to get the population to increase ( stays on one hundred ), can't build anything exept houses and decore after I use the initial 100 population points ! :(

worked it out - build hospitals ( doh )

If you click on the Administration building under 'Population' it says base value +0.1!!!!!!! Unless I am totally stupid and my math skills are nil, that means you should gain 1 pop every 10 days!!!! It's broke devs, please fix it!!!!!

ok worked with hospitals.... now i can't build new homes cause i have 0 population :d and all time 0% now i lost cause 100% instantly :D ill refund and buy again after "out of early access"
