Reginalds eyes

Reginald (the tree) ask you to find his eyes, and he tells you what the first eye can see. But green grass and blue sky don't give me much to go on. My guess right now is somewhere in the first world, but can't find it. Is it in the first world? Is it out in the open, or do I need to find it behind a tree or something?

You need to stay in the chaos world.
Look everywhere, you'll find the only piece of green grass under a blue sky somewhere.
The eye will be hidden next to it.

Anyone know where the last eye is? He can see a red mushroom with green dots. Can't find it anywhere.

Okay I'm dumb, I can't find the THIRD eye. Like, three letters next to one-another.

I thought of in the Mouth Puzzle (Three I marks) and tried searching in front of the barn (Three X-marks across the doors) but no luck.

It is in the barn, the booze on the box with "XXX" on it. check there
