Patch 2.0

Improvements:

1. New scenary: added Storm scenary. See the tutorial about it for more information.
2. New Rankings: around Storm scenary.
3. New ingame elements have been added: comic graphic elements, comic warning bubbles, comic narrative bubbles, hitkill counter. See the tutorial about them for more information.
4. The options screen have been remaked to support the configuration of new ingame elements.
5. The sound effects have been remaked.
6. The Conquests system have been remaked to include hitkill counter, and to simplify and comply with Steam rules.
7. Some physics and visual effects have been improved.
8. Some bugs have been fixed.
9. Now, the tutorial have a trainer room.
