Cannot start the puzzeles

I have the main game and have bought a few DLCs. Unfortunately, I can't start them. When I select a city and then the number of the pieces, nothing happens.

In Super Jigsaw Puzzle: Cities, to start playing you have to select the city, the number of pieces and press the "Play!" button in the upper right corner.
